I've put up some information tonight on Photographs of Claudia, which is working its way through the typesetters and proofreaders at Bella. Check out the Behind the Book section. There's an interesting tidbit about that erotic cover in the Inspiration section. I probably won't post Chapter 1 because I don't think it's a good representation of the book, but I'll find a nice excerpt in a couple of weeks and share it on the Book page.

I'm really sorry I missed all the fun in P'Town, and also sorry I missed a fabulous show in Hollywood at the New Works Festival for the LA Women's Theatre Project. I appreciate all the nice notes, especially for the good wishes about my aching back, which turned 54 yesterday. I'm deep into physical therapy and seeing some improvement. Still, I need to make some changes to my work schedule and environment. No more 16-hour days at this desk.

To that end, I'm experimenting with dictation software for my next book, Mother Load. As I was setting it up, I had to choose between "general American" and "Southern." I chose general but I hope they have a toggle switch for when I get tired. I predict it won't understand me any better than anyone else.
