Did you know that fewer than 20% of theatre artists are women? The LA Women's Theatre Project is working to change that with their 20% New Works Festival in Hollywood, CA. Dee Jae Cox & friends plan to stage three excerpts from literary fiction, and I'm honored they've chosen to feature scenes from my upcoming book, Aftershock, the second in the Shaken Series. The official release date for Aftershock is September 16, but we'll hustle to get some advance copies out. I look forward to the chance to work with these dynamic women at the LAWTP, and I hope you'll be able to attend the festivities.
